What is the Soludos return policy?

We want you to love your Soludos as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. 

We accept returns on new, unworn, damage free merchandise within 30 days of purchase for domestic (US) orders. Purchases must be made directly at Soludos.com. If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return. International customers, please contact help@soludos.com to initiate a return. 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our team directly at help@soludos.com. 

How do I return my items?

Enter your email above to initiate a return or exchange. Once your return is authorized, you will receive an email with step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. 

Please make sure to use the return shipping label that we provide (we pay the shipping cost!) and reuse the original shipping box or bag that was used to send it back to us in. 

What are my return options? 

We currently offer returns for an exchange or a full refund back to the original form of payment. If you are looking to try a different size, we recommend doing and exchange so you can get your new order ASAP! 

How do I return or exchange a gift? 

Check out our gift return page by clicking on the link below the email submission form. You will just need the original order number and shipping zip code. Gift returns may be made for an exchange of a different size or receive a store credit.
