What is the Return Policy?
We want you to love your Soludos as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We now accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund on domestic (US) orders. We will accept a return on Soludos items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly at Soludos.com. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment unless the order has already been exchanged. Returns of already exchanged orders will refund back to a new gift card instead of the original payment method and cannot be exchanged again. Original shipping is non-refundable including any expedited shipping options. If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return. International customers, please email [email protected] for assistance on your return.
Customized Soludos are not eligible for return or exchange. Please reach out to our customer service team before placing an order if you need any assistance with sizing. We're happy to help!
Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I return an item?
Enter the email address you used to place your order with above. You will receive an email shortly with a link to process your return. Select the items you'd like to return and select to exchange for another size or return for a refund. Proceed to next step to download shipping label.
How do I exchange for another item/ size?
To exchange an item, select the item that you'd like to return, select a return reason, and then choose whether you'd like to return or exchange the item. Once you've selected to exchange, you may select to exchange for the same style, in an alternate size. If you wish to exchange for another style, please return for a refund and purchase the new item separately. Exchanges are only eligible on alternate sizes of the same style.
Once your return is received, the exchanged order will process. Please note that we cannot guarantee product availability at the time your return is received so we suggest sending your return back as quickly as possible.
