What is the Return Policy?
We want you to love your Soludos as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We now accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange on domestic (US) orders. We will accept a return on Soludos items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly at Soludos.com. Returns of exchanged orders will refund back to a new gift card instead of the original payment method and cannot be exchanged again. Original shipping is non-refundable including any expedited shipping options. If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return. International customers, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance on your return.
Customized Soludos are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final. Please reach out to our customer service team before placing an order if you need any assistance with sizing. We're happy to help!
How do I return an item?
Enter the email address you used to place your order with above. You will receive an email shortly with a link to process your return. Select the items you'd like to return and select to exchange for another size or return for a refund. Proceed to next step to download shipping label.
How do I exchange for another item/ size?
Exchanges are only eligible for a new size on the same style. If you'd like to try a new size, select the item you'd like to return and then select the new size. Your new order will be processed immediately. Please send back the original size within 30 days of order in order to avoid being invoiced. Exchanges are not eligible on different styles. If you'd like to try another style, please return for a refund and repurchase the new style.
